In Cilento, the encounter between seaside and land has given birth to breath taking beaches, full of shade, far from the pollution and the chaos of modern life! Mandato Consulting has selected 5 beaches and coves which you need to add to your bucket list!

The first stop of our trip starts in Agropoli and its famous Baia di Trentova! Legend has it that its name comes from the alleged discovery of thirty turtle and seagull eggs found under a rock! Its clear waters and its postcard landscapes attracts thousands of visitors of all ages every year and equipped beaches offer peace and quiet for everyone.

Not far from Agropoli you can immerse yourself in the cobalt blue waters of Punta Licosa, reachable from the harbour of San Marco di Castellabate. Here, an antique legend has it that the marmaid Leucosia was transformed into a rock after she jumped from a cliff due to an unrequited love!

Our trip continues towards Marina di Camerota and in particular to the Lentiscelle and the Pozzallo beach. You can reach Lentiscelle beach from the residential area of Marina di Camerota. Pozzallo is not easy to reach and this makes it even more beautiful, you can reach it by walking through a dirt track which offer spectacular views or by boat. From the Pozzallo beach you can reach Cala Bianca by foot, it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy!

The last beach that we suggest is the Baia del Buon Dormire in Palinuro, a little hidden cove characterised by clear waters and thick vegetation. To reach it, you’ll just need to rent a canoe or a typical pedalo from the close beach of Marinella, near the wonderful Arco Naturale, made up entirely of rocks!

Whichever is your choice it is impossible not to fall in love with the shades and colours of the Cilento coast! Mandato Consulting will be happy to guide you during this trip to discover our coasts, arranging every little detail for you!
